Indian Institute for Production
Management (iiPM) (established in 1983 with support
from L&T, ICICI, USHA MARTIN, TATA 28 years
ago at Kansbahal in Orissa embarked on the mission
of honing technical and managerial skills of first
line executives of industry, and has made some
contribution especially in the area of Maintenance
Management. The Institute offers a number of Technical
Training Programmes, Condition Monitoring services,
TPM & RCM services and Education programmes
in Engineering Management and Condition Monitoring.
The Institute is making major foray in E-learning
and also expanding its services in RCM. For its
expanding operations the institute needs following

The Institute is looking for experienced FACULTIES having qualification and experience mentioned below for their growing activities in the areas of Training.
Freshly retired persons willing to travel can also apply.
Qualification :
B.E / M.E – (1)-Mechanical. (2)-Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics /
Applied Electronics & Instrumentation
Experience :
Minimum 5 yrs. experience in O & M of Equipments/Systems or in Plant Training Institute and should be able to teach / train participants from industries. Candidates having both industry & teaching experience will be preferred. To provide details of experience specifically on under mentioned Subjects, Hrs. of Training Engagements so far, Training outside Plant, Preferred Topics, etc.
