Prof. N. Nayak is a professor of Banking and Finance. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce as well as Management. He did his PhD in “Bancassurance” from Utkal Univerity. He has presented a number of papers in various National and International Conferences. He has more than two decades of real time banking experience in State Bank of India, the premier bank of the country. As a qualified and experienced banker, he has rich experience in the area of banking, insurance, and risk management. Dr. Nayak is associated with many professional and management institutes of repute as a visiting professor. He is a fellow member in professional bodies like Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. Dr. Nayak published his first book titled “Emerging Scenario of Indian Banking Sector” dedicated to the banking sector perspectives of 21st century. His area of interest includes Corporate Finance, Banking and Insurance Management, International Finance, Security and Portfolio Management.  His teaching & research interest are Banking & Insurance Management, Risk Management, Financial Market and Instruments, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, International Business & International Financial Management. He has published various research papers in different journals. Few of them are  Acumen Marian Journal of Commerce and Management, Management Review- Journal of IPSAR, The Review of Finance and Banking, International Journal of Entrepreneurial venturing. He has won second prize in National Seminar organized by ITS Institute of Management, Greater Noida for his valuable research contribution, held in January 2012. He is a lifetime member of All India Commerce Association as well as member of AIMS Internationals.
