Most students prefer IT, Finance and Marketing
type white collared jobs which are high paying
. As a result of this, companies offering jobs in these
areas pick up the top students. Thus there is a requirement to
train rest of the students in relevant skills to improve their
employability.

for properly trained persons to manage their operations. We plan
to fill this niche by supplying trained Engineering Graduates and
Diploma holders, so that they can adopt
to shop floor management very quickly. |

These courses will also be made available to
Engineers and Supervisors from Industries. Such candidates need
to be sponsored by their employer. The candidates are therefore
advised to apply for admission to IIPM and simultaneously apply
to their employer for sponsorship. The qualification norms will
be relaxed in case of employed candidates.
