» Break down data collection and identification of common and specific failure modes
» Maintenance practices at shop floor
» Skill assessment of workmen & supervisors on random basis.
Criticality assessment of Area / Equipments
IIPM carries out functional criticality analysis of chosen equipments w.r.t the effect on QCDPS ( Quality , Cost, Delivery, Production & Safety) for ranking of the equipments as per their criticality index.
Gap analysis
between existing maintenance practice Vis – à -vis
World class maintenance practices in order to improve the reliability of
equipment and plant
1 IIPM experts will highlight the areas of thrust.
